Information and purposes
When you complete our assessment, book a call, contact us or become a client, we may receive your name, email, phone number, assessment answers, health and lifestyle information, goals, scheduling details, consent choices and communications. We use this information to review assessments, respond to requests, evaluate coaching fit, schedule and deliver services, maintain necessary records, prevent abuse and meet legal obligations. Provide only information needed for your request, not unrelated medical records or third-party information.
Website technical information
Hosting and other providers may process IP addresses, browser/device information and security logs. This website does not currently include advertising pixels or optional analytics scripts. We will update this policy and provide consent controls where required if that changes.
Consent and communications
Completing an assessment, providing a phone number or booking a call is not by itself consent to recurring marketing messages. Requested responses and scheduling communications are distinct from marketing subscriptions. Marketing consent is optional and not a condition of purchase.
Our Testosterone Bottleneck Assessment presents separate, optional choices for service and marketing text messages. Each choice is unchecked by default and recorded separately. The assessment can be completed without agreeing to either category.
Mobile information and SMS consent
We do not sell or share mobile information with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. SMS opt-in data and consent will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing. Necessary service providers may process this information solely to deliver our communications and support our services.
If you subscribe to an SMS program, message frequency varies and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe or HELP for assistance. You can also withdraw consent or request help directly using our contact details below. Marketing email will include an unsubscribe option.
Providers and processing outside Canada
The assessment is available at assessment.nicksoulias.com; scheduling is provided through Calendly. Hosting, email, video calls and other service providers may process information needed for their services. GoHighLevel may be used for CRM and messaging. Providers may process or store information outside Canada, including in the United States, subject to local laws. Their own privacy policies also apply.
We do not sell personal information. We may disclose information where legally required or necessary to protect rights and safety.
Retention and safeguards
We retain information only as reasonably necessary for the stated purposes, service records and legal obligations. Retention varies by record type. We use reasonable access restrictions and safeguards; no online system is completely secure.
Your choices and rights
Contact us to request access, correction or deletion, withdraw consent, ask about retention or raise a privacy concern. We may verify your identity and retain records required by law. Withdrawing consent may limit services that depend on the information. We respond in accordance with applicable privacy law.
Adults and health information
Services are for adults aged 18 or older. Assessment and coaching are educational, not medical diagnosis or treatment, and do not establish a physician-patient relationship. Do not use these services for emergencies.
